This follow-up T4T session provides an opportunity for participants to reconnect, reflect on their experiences of delivering training, and share learning with peers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Building on the knowledge and skills developed during the initial training, the session will explore successes, challenges and emerging practice, while refreshing key facilitation techniques and promoting confidence in delivering high-quality, person-centred training.

Through discussion, peer support and action planning, participants will identify practical steps to strengthen their training practice and contribute to the development of a skilled, informed and compassionate workforce.

Skilled Level: The skilled level specifies the practice-specific knowledge and skills expected of practitioners who have direct or substantial contact and responsibility for people affected by substance use, and who are responsible for direct care or treatment of people affected by substance use. The ‘skilled’ level would typically apply to those in roles where there is responsibility for planning and delivery of support, care, or treatment.
