When you have completed the evaluation survey, you will be prompted to download your certificate for your own records. For our training courses, you will receive an email that will direct you to log into your SDF Learning Centre profile once your certificate is available to view. This may be a few days after you have completed your training.
If you are logged into your account on this site, you can access your user profile, then select on the course you wish to access the certificate for, and you will find an option to download the certificate. If you have not completed the evaluation survey for an e-learning course, the course will be displayed as ‘In Progress’ instead of ‘Complete’ and you will not be able to download the certificate.
