SUMMARY:Overdose Prevention\, Intervention\, and Naloxone Training for Trainers (Online SCOTLAND WIDE)
DESCRIPTION:This facilitator course explores naloxone and its role in reducing drug-related deaths\, followed by a reflective practice session around four weeks later to support embedding learning into practice.  \n\n\n\nParticipants will gain an in-depth understanding of naloxone (injectable and intranasal)\, including its actions\, administration\, overdose response\, and basic life support.  \n\n\n\nAfter completing the training\, participants will be equipped to deliver naloxone awareness sessions and provide overdose prevention training to those at risk\, their families\, and wider services.
